Herron Books Trading Terms

Minimum order requirement $200.00 NETT (incl. GST) F.I.S. (free into store) remote areas may incur a freight charge.
Small Order Surcharge $16.50 (incl. GST).
Payment Terms – 30 Days NETT.
Retention of title is held via ppsr for unpaid goods.
Prices subject to change without notification.
All returns MUST be authorised by the Office of Herron Books and be accompanied by our NUMBERED RETURNS AUTHORITY, together with your Company Claim.
Claims without the correct paperwork are not acceptable and may be returned to customer at their freight cost.
Freight on returns is at Customer’s expense.
Books returned for credit must be in MINT CONDITION.
Titles cannot be returned within 3 months of date of invoice OR no more than 12 months from date of invoice.
Claims for damaged books or short deliveries must be reported within 7 days of receipt of consignment.
Damaged or Misbound books will not be accepted for credit unless accompanied by a “Numbered Returns Authority”.
Damaged books received without Numbered Returns Authority will be returned freight on.
All cartons to be marked clearly with your Company Name and Address. Cartons to be numbered i.e. 1/3, 2/3, 3/3 etc.
Maximum weight per carton not to exceed 20 kgs to avoid stock being damaged in transit. Books to be securely packed with sufficient protection to avoid damage in transit.
All books to have been originally supplied by HERRON BOOKS
ALL RETURNS ACCEPTED BY HERRON BOOKS SHALL BE BY WAY OF CREDIT TO CUSTOMER’S ACCOUNT ONLY.
