I am Bodacious, The Shepherd Cat, and this is my story. In many
ways, Bodacious is just like every other cat, he's independent,
fussy and very self-assured. There's nothing he likes more than
curling up to doze by the Aga. But unlike most cats, Bodacious
has a rather unusual profession, Bodacious is a Shepherd Cat.
This heart-warming memoir captures the highs and lows of idyllic
Irish country living and all that it entails - early mornings,
hard work, entertaining animals and mouth-watering food. In his
own words (or mews, to be precise) Bodacious chronicles a year in
the life of a Shepherd Cat, recounting his experiences of
flocking his herd, his tales of the lambing season and the
adventures that unfold.
